2024 Check In- How are those goals doing?!

***I’m ALMOST back from my July break, and as I came on here to start brainstorming about what I might write about in August… I realized I never published this post I meant to put up the end of June. I have not looked back or edited it since I wrote it mid-June so please read accordingly and I’ll have new content soon!****

I wrote a bit about my goals update when we were 1/4 of the way through the year… and while we have a few weeks to go until we reach the halfway point of 2024, this seemed like a good week to revisit the goals I want to keep moving forward with and how other goals may need to pivot or be approached in a new way. What I’ve Learned from One Year of Trail Races

I just hit my 1 year race-iversary with Aravaipa- the big trail racing name here in Arizona (and honestly fairly notable on a national level.) 2024 Goals and my Word of the Year

OK, so… a caveat before we get into the main post: I found a lot of freedom and extra honesty in keeping some of my goals to myself last year, but I also found it much easier not to move forward on some of those goals without the accountability of sharing progress each month. 2017: The year of Ds

So I already revealed a few of the Ds I’m focusing on next year: making or trying out new or special Drinks, bringing back Dating my husband as a priority, and the Ds that relate to my family- my boys whose names start with D and my DAUGHTER coming next month.
