2024 Goals and my Word of the Year

OK, so… a caveat before we get into the main post: I found a lot of freedom and extra honesty in keeping some of my goals to myself last year, but I also found it much easier not to move forward on some of those goals without the accountability of sharing progress each month. 2022: Part 2- Reassessing Goals and July Tending list

The year is halfway over! In my family, it had a tumultuous start with what felt like non stop illness for one member or another from January through March, then the end of school year chaos hit… but it would be disingenuous to say it was all chaos and frustration- we took an incredible spring break trip, I completed two half marathons (including my first out of state race!), we celebrated our 10th anniversary, and we returned to theatre after a very long hiatus. So it has been busy with good stuff as well as challenging stuff. April Recap and May Goals

April was a hard, exhausting month over here. We had illness and medical stuff and anxiety and the regular ups and downs of life and school stuff with the kids.
